Where to make the switch on September 1
If every household in Queensland replaced just one incandescent light bulb with a compact fluorescent light, the energy saved would power every household in Bundaberg – that’s 17,000 homes!
Where to make the switch on Sept 1
Saturday, 1 September is ‘Change a Light Bulb Day’.
It’s easy to make the switch to energy-efficient compact fluorescent lights (CFLs).
Come along to one of the following Westfield and Bunnings locations between 11am and 1pm on 1 September and take the pledge to change a light bulb. Bring along an incandescent light bulb and exchange it for a free CFL.
It’s that easy!
